He was very professional, and very trustworthy and he didn't charge me as much as what I was told it would cost to fix my computer. I'm really glad I met you last week! The laptop is running without sounding like a jet engine, it's running much faster, and it's no longer at boiling point. I can actually hold it on my lap without it even burning me! In fact, cool air comes out from the fan.
